In psychology,, when we don't call someone's name, they lose their ego. So when recruits join the Army, drillmasters never call their name. Drillmasters only call their number. Then the recruits can adapt the Army. I am a one of drillmaster. Today my recruits went away from the training school. Before they're leaving, I called their names one by one to return their ego to them. Good-bye my men, I wish you good-luck.
